From registration to payout, how it works
What happens from the moment you sign up until the money is in your account.
11 October 2026 · WorkForce-NL
As a freelancer you want to know where you stand: how quickly you can start, how your hours are processed and when you get paid. This is how it works at WorkForce-NL.
1. Sign up and get to know each other
You sign up via the open registration. We get in touch with you and make your skills table together.
2. Onboarding within two days
If you have all the right information at hand, your onboarding as a freelancer is completed within two days. If something is still missing, it takes longer. We tell you straight away what we need.
3. One timesheet per week, per assignment
You fill in a timesheet every week, on your phone or computer. You and the client sign together on the same sheet. Hand it in by Monday 15:00 at the latest for the hours of the past week. You can download the timesheet here.
4. Payout
You choose when you get paid: within 7, 14 or 30 days after your hours have been processed. That is in effect pre-financing of your payout. The faster you want your money, the higher the fee per hour worked. We are transparent about this:
| Payout within | Fee |
|---|---|
| 7 days | € 1.00 per hour worked |
| 14 days | € 0.50 per hour worked |
| 30 days | Free |
This way you know exactly where you stand in advance.
Who takes care of the administration?
WorkForce-NL always remains your point of contact. For payouts and administration we work with our back-office partner JEX, so that we can focus on our work.
