Our story
Started out of necessity
WorkForce-NL was founded in 2022 because things had to be done differently.
As a freelancer I saw that colleagues often had problems with their permanent agency. Margins disappeared along the way and it was not clear what you were paying for. I wanted to do that differently, with honest rates.
I enjoy helping other people and am naturally entrepreneurial. I was already regularly connecting people. WorkForce-NL has become the permanent form of that: matching technical freelancers with assignments that really suit them.

Who is behind it
Dave Sheehan
Founder of WorkForce-NL.
I have worked on several plants myself, so I know what I am talking about. I know what ATEX certification involves, what commissioning means and why a good QC inspector can make the difference on a project.
I use that practical knowledge to match professionals with assignments that really fit their experience and expertise. And if you have a question, you simply talk to me.

We focus on independent technical professionals in petrochemicals, oil & gas, energy and process industry. We work nationwide. Most assignments are in and around Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Groningen.
