Freelance all-round security technician
Are you an experienced freelance security technician who can run projects from A to Z on your own? For a long-term project in South Holland we are looking for an all-round specialist in CCTV, intruder alarm, fire alarm and access control.

Education and certificates
Security Systems Technician (MBV), Fire Installation Expert (BMI) & VCA-VOL
What you will do
- Laying cabling and complete infrastructure
- Installing, finishing and maintaining camera systems (CCTV)
- Installation, maintenance and extension of intruder alarm systems
- Laying, installing and maintaining access control systems (intercom, badge readers, door openers)
- Installing and maintaining fire alarm systems
- Adjusting, programming and commissioning systems
- Tracing, analysing and independently solving complex faults
- Installation of data networks (UTP) where needed
- Contact with customers on site, thinking along about solutions, reporting neatly
- You leave from the office or go straight to the customer’s location. In short: you can carry out the entire security package independently, including maintenance.
What we ask of you
- We are looking for a true all-round specialist
- At least 5+ years of experience as a security technician
- You hold an MBV, Fire Installation Expert (BMI) & preferably VCA-VOL
- Practical knowledge of CCTV, intruder alarm, fire alarm and access control systems
- Experience with both installation and maintenance
- Someone who can get going straight away without supervision
- Presentable and customer-focused, takes initiative and thinks along
- Own transport, tools
