We take care of recruitment, selection and support. You and the client have one permanent point of contact from start to finish: WorkForce-NL. We leave the administrative side to our back-office partner.

How it works
From sign-up to payout

You sign up with WorkForce-NL.

For your assignment you enter into an agreement with JEX.

You fill in the timesheet every week. You and the client sign it together and WorkForce-NL processes the hours.

JEX prepares the invoice (reverse billing) and pays you within 7, 14 or 30 days, as you choose.

What does a back-office partner do?
A back-office partner takes care of the administrative side of the cooperation: the agreement, the invoice and the payout. This lets us focus on our work: the right people on the right assignment.
Who is my point of contact?
WorkForce-NL. We are your permanent point of contact throughout the cooperation, also for questions about your hours or your payout.
Which back-office partner do you use?
JEX. For your assignment you enter into an agreement with JEX.
What does WorkForce-NL do itself?
We take care of recruitment, selection and support, and the processing of your hours worked.
Do I have to send an invoice myself?
No. We work with reverse billing: JEX prepares the invoice for you, based on your approved hours.
When do I get paid?
You choose: within 7, 14 or 30 days after your hours are processed. Within 7 days costs € 1.00 per hour worked, within 14 days € 0.50 per hour worked, and within 30 days is free.
